“Hello and a warm welcome to my web pages.
My name is Sally Eaves and I’ve been practicing Pilates since 2002 and teaching Pilates since 2007 here on the Waterside (near the New Forest). I’ve found that practising Pilates regularly has been supportive; through my post-natal years, the busy, busy Mum years and more recently, post surgery. I am passionate about sharing the good stuff of Pilates that aims to steady and strengthen us as we move through our 50’s and beyond. I practice and teach modified Pilates classes that are Bone Health & Pelvic Floor aware.”
